Customer : So how? I very busy leh. I have something to do and if you are not there early, I'll be late for my appointment!
Joy Doggy : Maybe you can come slightly before 10am because my staff will be at the door. You can pass the dog and instructions to them.
Customer : Make sure there's someone there at 10am ok!
Joy Doggy : No problem.
Customer : Hello, sorry ah....hehehe......I'll be late to collect my dog, can you don't close at 7.00pm but wait for me to come?
Joy Doggy : I'm sorry. You have to try to come before 7pm or latest by 7pm. All of us will have to go because of other commitment after work.
Customer : Wah! You are all very not professional hor!
Joy Doggy : Why not you tell us what time you can reach here and we'll see what we can do?
Customer : What's the point! You tell me whether you want to wait or not before I tell you what time I can come lah!
Joy Doggy : In that case, I'm afraid you can come back tomorrow to collect your dog and I promise there'll be no extra charge.

We always demand things from people without looking at ourselves. This is human.
Come to think of it, I used to be like that.
However, I matured and changed over the years. From serving older customers when I was younger and serving younger customers now as I've aged, I see a lot of such incidents and comments coming from them.
Nevertheless, I took it without any hard feelings.
But I hope these people do not mix up professionalism with favour. I am very serious about my job and also try to serve my customers with utmost respect and to my best capability. But please do not insult my professionalism just because I do not do them a favour. They are confused. I believe they'll change and one day, when they recall this incident, they'll feel sorry for what they've done to us.
